Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join as Vice President - Sales, Marketing & CRM, responsible for driving topline growth across all residential real estate projects.
This role will align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management into a unified growth engine that ensures consistent revenue delivery, stronger brand presence, and an exceptional customer experience.
The VP will directly oversee the Sales Head, CRM Head, and Marketing Director, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and alignment with the company's long-term vision.
Key Define and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Mentor and guide the Sales Head on pipeline building, channel partner engagement, and direct sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance through structured reviews, ensuring forecasting accuracy and accountability.
- Drive product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership and project Lead marketing strategy for brand building, demand generation, and project-specific campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Director to design impactful offline and digital campaigns.
- Ensure marketing ROI is tracked, optimized, and driven by data insights.
- Align brand positioning with the company's premium and customer-first philosophy.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Oversee CRM to ensure smooth post-sales engagement, timely collections, and high customer satisfaction.Define processes to handhold customers from booking to possession.Drive quick and empathetic resolution of customer concerns to protect brand reputation.Track structured reports on collections, cancellations, and NPS (Net Promoter Score).Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering for effective project readiness.Sync construction timelines, sales launches, and customer commitments with project teams.Provide market intelligence and customer insights for product design and pricing.Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and high-level customer / investor interactions.Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 7 years in leadership roles within real estate, luxury lifestyle, or allied sectors.Proven track record of driving large-scale residential project sales and meeting ambitious revenue targets.Strong exposure to digital marketing, channel partner ecosystems, and CRM processes.Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and strategic mindset with comfort in financial & performance metrics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
