Job Responsibilities :
- Drive growth and performance marketing with a strong emphasis on user retention.
- Experience in App installation campaigns.
- Work closely with Business, Product Management, and operations to grow various platforms and own key performance metrices.
- Develop and execute marketing plans leading to growth in : - Number of users - User engagement and retention basis key metrices - User lifetime value - Key business metrices like GMV, transacting users, repeat users etc.
- Build growth forecasts and budgets, build road maps for channel optimization, marketing media mix, creative testing, interface optimization.
- Onboard Ad agencies and coordinate with them to ensure deliverables.
- Implement SEO and ASO best practices, carry out multi-touch attribution and analysis for data driven decision making
- Manage and enhance social media presence of DeHaat, engage users and carry out SM campaigns for performance results.
- Evaluate pricing and offer performance, media assets, inventory and / or pre-orders in close coordination with the relevant business head(s)
- Recruit and mentor team members in relevant roles
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and developments in the sector, including marketing strategies, product usability and consumer research.
Qualification :
Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, communication or advertising from reputed institutes.5+ years of proven experience in marketing for high-transaction, large-user-base platforms.Strong focus on results : ability to prioritize and drive with a sense of urgency.Domain Knowledge :
Deep understanding of channels for acquiring and retaining customers, including SEM, programmatic display, Paid social, video, and offline channels.Expertise in marketing and performance analytics tools suchas Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe / Clevertap Analytics, and Appsflyer.Leadership Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders farmers, and traders.Strong Collaboration and team building skillsStrategic Thinking along with a Problem-Solving Attitude with the ability to synthesize large data and draw insights.
