About The Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Growth Marketing Professional to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth for our B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, funnel optimization, and experimenting with new channels to drive measurable results. Experience working in startup environments will be a strong plus .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for multiple clients.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, and other growth platforms.
• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates through A / B testing, landing page improvement, and analytics-driven insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns and client success stories.
• Track performance KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend growth interventions based on data insights.
• Identify and experiment with emerging marketing channels, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance performance.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI from all paid campaigns.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and content-driven campaigns to elevate client positioning.
