Job description

Creating awareness through articles, blogs, and industry events and conferences.

  • Running digital lead generation campaigns for new customer acquisition (industry-wise / region-wise).
  • Lead nurturing via email sequences, video marketing, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Developing case studies, testimonials, and value demos to drive conversions.

Online Sales Enablement

  • Communicating value propositions and creating online sales tools, training materials, and collaterals.
  • Facilitating webinars.
  • Developing and deploying digital content to enable the customer journey from awareness to conversion and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Subscriber Engagement and Retention

  • Designing marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and product promotions to drive continuous business growth on the platform.
  • Implementing marketing touchpoints to activate inactive subscribers.
  • Customer Events Tradeshows

  • Expanding regional penetration in industrial areas by participating in local industry events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Customer Surveys and Insighting

  • Conducting regular customer feedback surveys and interviews to gather customer insights.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile General Background

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing Management / Communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, or B2B industrial marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, webinars, and online lead generation.
  • Preferred industry experience : B2B SaaS Marketing, E-Commerce.
  • Technical Competency

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience with email marketing and WhatsApp marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools.
  • Content writing skills preferred.
  • Presentation / Communication Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
