Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at STAN in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Experience in developing HR policies

Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
