Finance Analyst - FP&A

Job Title : Analyst

Location : Gurgaon, India

Business Unit : Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities : The candidate we are seeking will be supporting Finance Team across a spectrum of tasks including Accounting, Reporting and Legal Entity controls. Specifically, the individual will be fully / partially responsible for :

Operation :

• Perform the full spectrum of month-end closing tasks
• Hands-on AP & AR tasks (daily), process improvement and improve work efficiency
• Aging and collections analysis & reporting
• Prepare and maintain full set accounting ledgers, journals, and reconciliation (for the entities)
• Maintain fixed asset and intangibles in ledger
• Prepared Financials reports and slides for board meetings
• Guide junior team member

Reporting :

Desired Candidate Profile : Chartered Accountant or Equivalent - Full set Accounting experience at a multinational corporation. Ideally, would also possess exposure to or knowledge of :

§ Full-set Accounting / audit

§ Middle / back office operations

§ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

§ Strong written and oral communication skills

§ Attention to detail and control minded

§ Quick learner, able to prioritize and multitask where required
