ROLE PURPOSE
We are hiring for the role of
Regional Sales Trainer - South Zone . This is an Individual Contributor role.
You will be responsible for driving capability enhancement of sales teams across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The role involves conducting impactful training sessions, developing content, and enabling consistent performance improvement through structured learning interventions.
THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH
New Hire Training : Conduct comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new sales hires across all product lines.
Refresher & Skill Development : Design and deliver refresher programs to sharpen product, process, and soft skills
Performance Coaching & Content Development : Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted interventions & create engaging training materials, PPT decks, e-learning modules, and assessments aligned with Pine Labs’ products and business goals.
LMS Management & AI and Digital Learning : Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) for content deployment, tracking, and certification & use AI-driven platforms and digital tools to create innovative, data-backed learning experiences.
Training Calendar & Reporting : Develop and maintain monthly / quarterly training calendars, feedback reports, and ROI analysis.
WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE
Experience :
5–8 years of experience in Sales Training, preferably in Fintech, Payments, BFSI, or FMCG sectors.
Exposure to LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and AI-driven content creation is desirable.
Experience in field sales will be an added advantage
Excellent command over PowerPoint and MS Office tools
Analytical mindset to measure and improve training effectiveness.
Proficiency in English and at least one South Indian language preferred.
