About the Role :
As the Performance Marketing Manager – B2B at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals : Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract and convert quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and lead generation objectives and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for efficient lead tracking, scoring, and reporting.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
Proven expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong analytical mindset with a proven record of driving measurable results.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
