Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Kanpur. Key responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, generating and following up on leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying customer needs, promoting products effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales, including managing sales cycles and achieving sales targets
Experience with Lead Generation and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
Demonstrated ability in Sales, including presenting solutions and closing deals
Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using CRM software and sales technology
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the chemical or industrial supplies sector is a plus
