Role Overview
We are seeking an AI-focused Sales Engineer who can partner with our sales team to design, demonstrate, and position cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and automation solutions for global clients. This role requires blending technical depth in AI / automation platforms with customer-facing storytelling , enabling clients to visualize ROI and transformation opportunities across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and shape AI / automation opportunities across industries.
- Deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and workshops showcasing GenAI, conversational AI, and automation use cases.
- Map client pain points to AI / ML and automation architectures that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Create presales deliverables : solution designs, ROI / TCO models, architecture decks, and RFP / RFI responses.
- Position AssistNow’s Assistly ITSM agent, Workday Extend apps, and Odoo ERP integrations with AI as the differentiator.
- Track emerging AI technologies (agentic AI, copilots, AR / VR, Industry 4.0) and recommend positioning strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs / CTOs, translating technical innovation into executive-level narratives .
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and analyst teams to refine offerings and sharpen competitive positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5–8 years in presales, solution engineering, or consulting with an emphasis on AI / automation .Strong understanding of GenAI, conversational AI, IT process automation (ITPA), and ML-driven analytics .Experience integrating AI into ERP, ITSM, or enterprise workflows .Ability to develop and present ROI / value models for AI adoption.Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders .
