Must Have :

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform : Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal.
• Experience with Azure integrations : Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs.
• Proficiency in .NET , JavaScript , and custom plugin / workflow development .
• Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and their application in business processes
• Experience with Generative AI , LLMs , or Azure OpenAI .
• Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker.
• Familiarity with LangChain , RAG , or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud computing platforms .
