This is a remote position.

Role Overview

We are seeking an   AI-focused Sales Engineer   who can partner with our sales team to design, demonstrate, and position cutting-edge   AI, GenAI, and automation solutions   for global clients. This role requires blending   technical depth in AI / automation platforms   with   customer-facing storytelling , enabling clients to visualize ROI and transformation opportunities across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and   shape AI / automation opportunities   across industries.
  • Deliver   compelling demos, prototypes, and workshops   showcasing GenAI, conversational AI, and automation use cases.
  • Map client pain points to   AI / ML and automation architectures   that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Create presales deliverables : solution designs, ROI / TCO models, architecture decks, and RFP / RFI responses.
  • Position AssistNow’s   Assistly ITSM agent, Workday Extend apps, and Odoo ERP integrations   with AI as the differentiator.
  • Track emerging AI technologies (agentic AI, copilots, AR / VR, Industry 4.0) and recommend positioning strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs / CTOs, translating technical innovation into   executive-level narratives .
  • Collaborate with product, delivery, and analyst teams to refine offerings and sharpen competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years   in presales, solution engineering, or consulting with an emphasis on   AI / automation .
  • Strong understanding of   GenAI, conversational AI, IT process automation (ITPA), and ML-driven analytics .
  • Experience integrating AI into   ERP, ITSM, or enterprise workflows .
  • Ability to develop and present ROI / value models for AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging   CXO-level stakeholders .
