As a  Listener , you’ll be a compassionate ear for people who need to talk, unwind, and express themselves freely. You’ll help users feel seen, heard, and emotionally supported — all through safe, non-judgmental conversations.

Your role isn’t to advise or fix problems — it’s to listen deeply, hold space, and guide users toward emotional clarity and peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

• Engage in live 1 : 1 chats to offer emotional support and understanding.
• Listen actively without judgment or bias.
• Help users process their feelings and gain perspective.
• Create a safe, calm, and reassuring space for open conversation.
