EverestDX - Platform Engineer - Enterprise Streaming & Messaging

Description : Job Summary :

Were seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer to join our Enterprise Streaming & Messaging team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput, low-latency event-driven architectures, with deep expertise in Confuent Kafka and other messaging platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, Pulsar, ActiveMQ, AWS Kinesis, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implementation, and govern of Kafka-based streaming platforms and other enterprise messaging solutions.
• Drive platform reliability, observability, and scalability through automation and best practices (e.g., Infrastructure-as-Code, CI / CD, monitoring).
• Build reusable platform components and tooling to streamline onboarding and operations.
• Guide and mentor engineering team members, driving a culture of technical excellence.
• Own major incident response and continuous improvement for messaging and streaming services.
