Role – What You’ll Do :

Architect and optimize robust streaming workflows leveraging AWS Media Services (MediaLive, MediaConvert, MediaPackage, MediaStore, IVS, CloudFront)
Design high-quality encoding / transcoding for VOD and live streaming
Implement advanced DRM / content protection (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady)
Integrate features for interactive live streaming : latency tuning, chat overlays, synchronized data feeds
Monitor and troubleshoot video delivery : QoE metrics, buffering, bitrates, CDN performance
Collaborate with OTT teams (web, mobile, smart TV) to ensure flawless adaptive bitrate streaming
Optimize cost / quality decisions : encoding ladders, storage, CDN setup

What We’re Looking For :

Deep hands-on expertise in AWS Media Services and OTT streaming architecture

Advanced skills with codecs / formats : H.264, H.265 / HEVC, AV1, MPEG-DASH, HLS, CMAF

Experience with low-latency streaming : LL-HLS, WebRTC, SRT, RTMP

Knowledge of content security : DRM, encrypted delivery, tokenized URLs, geo-blocking

Strong grasp of ABR encoding ladders and QoE optimization

CDN integration experience (CloudFront, Akamai, Fastly)

Scripting (Python, Bash, Node.js) for automation and monitoring

Background in OTT application / platform development is a strong plus

Nice To Have :

Interest in digital wellbeing, healthtech, or mission-driven streaming platforms

Experience deploying scalable, global multi-region workflows
