Process : Chat Process & Voice Process

Skillset : Good communication skills in English (verbal and written), Troubleshooting and technical experience required, Excellent verbal fluency for Voice Process

Qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate – both eligible

Experience : Minimum 6 months of International Process and Tech Support (Troubleshooting) experience is mandatory

Interview Rounds : HR Round → Operations Round → Versant

Salary : ₹25,000 CTC to ₹31,000 CTC

Working Days : 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs)
