SBM Offshore - Data Steward - ERP Systems

Position : Data Steward IFS ERP

Experience : 3+ Years (ERP / Data Governance / Master Data Management)

Role Purpose :

The Data Steward IFS ERP is responsible for end-to-end master data lifecycle management, ensuring that all information stored and processed within the IFS ecosystem is accurate, consistent, secure, and compliant. This role combines hands-on ERP data operations, governance policy enforcement, and cross-system integration oversight to ensure data supports operational excellence and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Integration & Master Data Management :

• Manage real-time and batch integrations between IFS ERP and external applications via APIs, ETL pipelines, and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Administer Vendor Master Data workflows : creation, update, status change (block / unblock), and synchronization with legacy ERP or procurement platforms.
• Maintain Material / Part Master Data within IFS and Integra systems, including master parts, residual parts, and associated attributes (BOM links, classifications, UoM, costing data).
• Implement data validation scripts and lookup tables to enforce standardization and prevent duplication.
