Technical Project Manager - Agile / Scrum

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional IT and product initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to deadlines and within budget, while aligning them with business goals.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, cloud infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud technologies, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record of delivering IT and product solutions end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define clear project goals, success criteria, scope, milestones, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines using appropriate tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Track project performance using key metrics to ensure quality, schedule, budget, and scope adherence.
• Monitor project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating roadblocks.
• Manage and align the product roadmap with engineering and business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Track and drive the development of new features, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams (engineering, DevOps, infrastructure) and business stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, leadership).
• Lead and guide technical staff across multiple disciplines and functions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve project-related issues.
• Evaluate and manage change requests by analyzing impacts on timeline, scope, resources, and benefits.
• Control project scope through formal change control procedures and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive summaries, and presentations with key insights, trends, and risk assessments.
• Ensure visibility and transparency of project progress, blockers, and dependencies to all stakeholders.
• Forecast delivery timelines and identify significant deviations from plan, providing corrective action and escalation as needed.
• Provide high-level technical guidance, especially in projects involving cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive the adoption of best practices for cloud-based delivery, DevOps automation, and infrastructure reliability.
• Cloud certification or working knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a strong plus.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions from ideation through deployment.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resource allocation and resolve staffing conflicts or shortages.
