Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in Cucumber Selenium Manual Testing and Automated Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for various applications.
• Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Cucumber and Selenium.
• Provide expertise in manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability.
• Monitor and report on test execution progress and results.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality.
• Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
• Ensure that testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
