Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quick Commerce Associate to join our dynamic team at The Indus Valley. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing quick commerce platforms and running advertising campaigns on Zepto, Blinkit, or other quick commerce marketplaces. You will play a crucial role in optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) through strategic ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quick Commerce Advertising : Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Flipkart, Amazon, and other quick commerce platforms to maximize ROI by effectively managing ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and overall campaign performance.
- Budget Management : Handle and allocate a minimum advertising budget of INR 2 lakhs, ensuring efficient utilization for increased conversions and sales.
- Inventory Management : Oversee and manage product inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
- Product Listing & Catalog Management : Maintain and update product listings, including content optimization, pricing strategies, and keyword enhancement to improve search rankings and visibility.
- MIS Reporting : Generate and maintain daily MIS reports to track sales, inventory, and ad performance.
- Advanced Excel : Work extensively on Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting,
and decision-making.
FBA & FBF Operations : Manage and optimize Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Flipkart (FBF) processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth strategies.Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitors' strategies, pricing, and product performance to stay ahead in the market.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain to drive quick commerce success.Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in quick commerce operations, specifically in ad campaign management on Zepto, Blinkit or similar platforms.Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC (Cost Per Click), and other key performance metrics.Experience in inventory management, product listing, and catalog optimization.Proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis tools, and marketplace analytics dashboards.Experience in FBA & FBF operations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer :
