We work with leading developers across Bangalore and onboard verified land parcels through our broker and landowner network.
We are building a strong sales-first team and are looking for people with real, on-ground real estate experience .
Important Requirement (Must-Have)
Candidates must have worked with a Tier-1 or Tier-2 builder in sales
(e.g., Prestige, Brigade, Sobha, Puravankara, Godrej, etc.)
OR
Have experience in a real-estate channel partner firm handling leads, site visits, and closures.
Only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered.
About the Role
We are hiring Real Estate Sales & Operations Associates who can handle :
- Calling inbound leads
- Driving site visits
- Convincing clients and closing deals
- Coordinating with brokers and sourcing land listings
This role needs someone who is proactive, confident with clients, and familiar with the real-estate sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Qualification
Call inbound leads immediately and understand their property needsPitch relevant builder projects and shortlist optionsMaintain structured and consistent follow-ups2. Client Handling & Site Visits
Fix site visits with clients and accompany them when requiredPresent project details clearly and confidentlyConvert site visits into bookings3. Deal Closing & Coordination
Assist clients through pricing, offers, inventory checks, and negotiation supportCoordinate with builder CRM teams, sales managers, and channel partner desksEnsure smooth execution from lead → visit → booking4. Land Sourcing & Broker Network Expansion
Speak with brokers, agents, and landowners to onboard verified land listingsBuild strong relationships across micro-markets in BangaloreVerify land details and ensure quality of listingsGrow the Property Box land inventory5. Tech & Operational Responsibilities
Update CRM / Sheets regularlyMaintain visit schedules, follow-up logs, and performance metricsShare project brochures, videos, and relevant content to clientsWhat We’re Looking For Experience (Mandatory)
