Job Description

  • We are seeking dedicated Medical Officers (Non-Clinical) to join our team in India. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to the healthcare sector through non-clinical responsibilities, supporting the medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services. The position is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of medical cases and provide non-clinical support to the medical team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on medical practices and non-clinical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Support the administrative functions of the medical department, including scheduling and coordination of meetings.

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in India.
  • Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
