About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic

General Manager – Recruitment

to lead large-scale hiring operations across Sales, Fintech, E-commerce, and BPO verticals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands-on experience in driving

mass hiring (up to 5000+ numbers)

and building high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations across multiple business verticals.

Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.

Build, mentor, and manage large teams focused on high-volume delivery.

Partner with business and HR leaders to forecast hiring needs and capacity plans.

Establish sourcing networks, vendor partnerships, and digital hiring pipelines.

Track hiring efficiency using dashboards, metrics, and analytics.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining hiring speed and quality.

Manage budgets, SLAs, and compliance for all large-scale hiring projects.
