Educational Qualification : - MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
Experience Required :
15–20 years of total experience in Sales & Marketing
8–10 years must be in the perfume industry
Strong understanding of premium and luxury segments
Key Skills & Competencies :
Thorough knowledge of the perfume industry (product, packaging, pricing, competition, market trends)
Strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Creative mindset for branding, packaging, and product innovations
Primary Objectives :
Key Responsibilities :
Develop overall product and marketing strategy for perfumes – covering product range, SKUs, pricing, packaging, distribution, and promotion.
Engage with multiple sales formats to drive product placement and revenue growth.
Conduct competitive scans and provide market intelligence.
Oversee consumer research to align with trends and preferences.
Collaborate with branding and communication agencies for campaigns and creatives.
Innovate on packaging formats for different occasions and consumer segments.
Work with perfume vendors for sourcing and development.
Design and execute sales promotion plans.
Drive sales tie-ups and partnerships to boost market penetration
