Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications :

COMPANY BUDGET- 5-6 LPA

Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
2-5years of experience in Order Processing / Sales Support.
Candidates Preferred only manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities : -

1. Order Processing :

Manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely order booking.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) for smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to meet delivery deadlines.

2. New Customer Registration :

Handle new customer creation in SAP as per company guidelines.

Verify and validate customer details and coordinate with relevant teams for approvals.

Maintain up-to-date customer master data in the system.

3. Handling of Credit & Debit Notes :

Process customer credit and debit notes accurately in SAP.

Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales Teams for timely issuance.

4. Preparation of MIS Reports :

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to order processing, pending orders, dispatches, and customer accounts.

Provide accurate data analysis to support management decisions.

Maintain records and share regular updates with stakeholders.

5. SAP Proficiency :

Operate SAP (preferably SAP HANA) efficiently for all sales & distribution activities.

Ensure all entries and transactions are compliant and updated in real time.

Support the team in any SAP-related troubleshooting for order processing tasks.
