Description

We are seeking a Lead Delivery Quality-Coding professional to oversee the quality assurance processes for our software delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong coding background and a passion for ensuring high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance process for coding activities across various projects.
• Develop and implement quality metrics and standards for software delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in the development process.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and delivery timelines.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best coding practices and quality assurance techniques.
• Continuously improve the quality assurance processes and methodologies.
