JD Application Support Position

1 Basic troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve common application based technical issues.

2 Good knowledge about ITIL certification

3 Customer service : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively and courteously.

4 Ticket management : Experience in logging and tracking support requests using ticketing systems.

5 Operating systems knowledge : Understanding of various operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and their basic functionalities.

6 Software applications : Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office, web browsers, and email clients.

7 Remote desktop support : Ability to provide assistance to users remotely using remote desktop tools.

8 Documentation skills : Capability to create and update technical documentation for support procedures and solutions.

9 Problem-solving : Aptitude for analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.

10 Adaptability : Flexibility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments in a fast-paced support role.

11 Understanding of programming languages such as PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
