Role Overview :
We are looking for a Techno Sales Expert / Analyst to lead client onboarding, API / XML sales support, technical integration, commercial discussions, and business optimisation through analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth go-live.
- Conduct technical demos, requirement mapping, and functional training sessions.
- Handle techno-commercial discussions, pricing, and proposal coordination.
- Provide technical support for API / XML integrations and troubleshoot client issues.
- Analyse client performance, usage, and transaction trends to derive business insights.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and optimisation of client engagement.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical / product teams.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of API / XML, system workflows, and tech integrations.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools.Preferred Profile :
