We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with children facing speech, language, fluency, and feeding / swallowing difficulties. Your goal will be to help each child find their voice, improve their communication, and build the confidence to express themselves in all areas of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each childs needs.
- Provide therapy for speech clarity, language development, fluency, articulation, and social communication.
- Support children with special needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, hearing impairments, and developmental delays.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and parents to ensure holistic progress.
- Monitor and document therapy outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized institution.RCI registrationPreferred Certifications : Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), PROMPT Technique, Hanen Program, LSVT LOUD, or PECS.Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially with children with developmental or neurological conditions.Strong interpersonal skills to engage children and guide parents.Creative, patient, and child-centered approach to therapy.
