Instructional Designer :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences that improve employee or customer performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools to create impactful eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze learning needs and identify learning objectives through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Design instructional materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, ILT guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Implement learning solutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday, or TalentLMS.
- Apply instructional design theories (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) to optimize learning effectiveness.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials that cater to various learning styles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain version control and ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Stay current with trends in learning technologies and instructional design best & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM / AICC / xAPI standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Experience with video editing and multimedia production is a bonus.
