Role Overview
ClouDepend Systems focuses on test, assurance, and security solutions primarily for the networking / telecom domain. Solutions are used from the lab to real-world deployment, helping to validate, monitor, and assure the performance of network technologies.
The role bridges technology and commerce — combining product understanding with customer engagement to support solution selling, demos, and business growth across enterprise and ISP accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Activities
- Research new markets, prospects, and upcoming technology trends.
- Support preparation of commercial offers, quotations, and documentation.
- Work with the business team on tender responses, marketing collaterals, and partnership proposals.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
Learn and understand company products, technologies, and customer use cases.Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, product demos, and presentations.Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and basic solution integration discussions with customers.Coordinate with technical and R&D teams for feature clarifications and solution customization.Customer & Partner Engagement
Engage with customers (OEMs, ISPs, system integrators) to understand requirements and relay feedback.Participate in client meetings, webinars, and industry events.Help maintain CRM data, track opportunities, and follow up with leads and partners.Learning & Growth
Undergo structured learning on networking technologies (High Speed Ethernet, 5G, Wi-Fi, FTTH, QoE / QoS, etc.).Develop presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Contribute fresh ideas to enhance sales productivity and customer experience.Qualifications & Skills
Education : B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 batch).Experience : 0–1 year (Fresh graduates welcome).Good understanding of networking basics (routers, Wi-Fi, LAN / WAN, protocols).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.CCNA certification will be an added advantage.Analytical thinking with curiosity to learn business concepts and customer needs.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).Growth Path
This role offers clear progression into Sales Executive / Account Manager / Product Specialist positions within 3–5 years, depending on performance and skill development.
