Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in the Bangalore area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging in technical sales, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and offering solutions that meet client requirements. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers and handling any technical issues they may encounter.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills ( Must have two-wheeler)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the machine manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
