Job description

We are looking for a Sales Managers with proven experience and expertise in driving revenue growth as leader as well as building and managing high performing sales team.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through revenue and profitability growth while forging strong relationships with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have good knowledge of technology solutions and sales practices in the IT industry from the Africa Region.
  • Must have prior experience in selling complex solution.
  • Preferably banking products / solutions.
  • Experience in BFSI vertical in Vietnam Region.
  • Should have strong relationship with Bank CISO / CTO, CXOs.

Job Description

  • As a Sales Manager Support ,Build, nurture and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization.
  • Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Direct Sales Team and inside sales reps.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts.
  • Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel.
