Role Description

This is a remote, temporary role for a Chat Support - Sales specialist. As a Chat Support - Sales specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers who may have questions or concerns related to our products and services. You will also identify potential sales opportunities, provide product recommendations, and develop relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas / targets
• Experience with customer service and sales tools such as CRMs and chat support tools
• Degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is a plus
