About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of onboarding advertisers and agencies across international markets. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling diverse geographies and campaign models such as CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI, and CPO, driving growth and profitability across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard advertisers and agencies from global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Negotiate commercial deals and secure profitable performance campaigns.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI, and CPO models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Research international market trends, competitive landscape, and regional opportunities.
- Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in business development within performance marketing / affiliate networks.Strong knowledge of international markets and campaign models (CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI, CPO).Established network of advertisers and agencies across different regions.Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills.Analytical and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.Nice to Have
Experience in verticals such as e-commerce, fintech, travel, gaming, and subscriptions.Exposure to DSPs, SSPs, or programmatic buying platforms.Multilingual proficiency to manage global clients.In your application, please include a short note (cover letter section) describing your biggest achievement in onboarding advertisers / agencies for international performance campaigns.
