Key Responsibilities
Content Creation :
Develop engaging Rajasthani content for marketing campaigns, promotional ads, and OTT platform branding.
Write scripts for Rajasthani promotional videos, teasers, trailers, and event campaigns.
Create compelling taglines, captions, and copy for digital and social media platforms.
Campaign Strategy :
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute ad campaigns.
Ensure content aligns with the brand tone, culture, and values of the Rajasthani-speaking audience.
Scripting :
Write high-quality scripts for Rajasthani shows, folk song programs, and celebrity campaigns.
Adapt and localize content to resonate emotionally with the target audience.
Editing & Proofreading :
Ensure all content is accurate, culturally appropriate, and free of errors in Rajasthani language and grammar.
Review and refine copy to maintain consistency in style and brand voice.
Market Understanding :
Stay updated on Rajasthani folk culture, trending topics, and audience preferences.
Research and incorporate folk traditions, festivals, and cultural nuances into content.
Requirements
Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or scripting within the Rajasthani media industry.
Demonstrated ability to create promotional campaigns and high-quality scripts in Rajasthani.
Skills :
Excellent command of the Rajasthani language (written and verbal).
Creative and strategic thinking to develop culturally relevant and engaging content.
Proficiency in conceptualising ad campaigns and promotional material for digital and traditional platforms.
Knowledge :
Strong understanding of Rajasthani culture, traditions, and audience behaviour.
Familiarity with OTT platforms, media trends, and folk genres within the Rajasthani region.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Literature, or a related field is preferred.
Portfolio showcasing past work in Rajasthani media, ad campaigns, or scripts.

We create and deliver hyper-local entertainment, ensuring that users connect deeply with culturally rich content. To enhance our product experience and engagement, we are looking for a UX Researcher who can dive deep into understanding our audience and help shape a user-centric product. Role Overview As a UX Researcher at Stage, you will help our teams deeply understand user behavior, needs, and challenges. You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure a strong, insight-backed approach to solving user and business problems. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing, etc.). Analyze user behavior data, session recordings, heatmaps, and other insights to improve user experience. Build user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to understand audience pain points. Collaborate with UX / UI designers and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design improvements. Work closely with target audience groups to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment in the UX strategy. Present research findings to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in UX research or human-centered design. Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and data analysis. Hands-on experience with research tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, UserTesting, Lookback, etc. Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative & quantitative data effectively. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional dialect knowledge is a plus). Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations. Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.
