We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Vice President - Sales (USA) to lead and expand our sales operations in the United States. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong track record of achieving sales targets in high-pressure environments and scaling both teams and business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the Sales Process : Drive and manage the end-to-end USA sales strategy-from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve Targets : Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Streamline Operations : Optimize current sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Expansion : Strategically grow the business footprint across the region.
- Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support business growth.
- Client Engagement : Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting & Analysis : Provide regular reports, insights, and forecasting to leadership for strategic planning.
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 5 years of experience as an AVP Sales or similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in the US market.Proven success in managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.Why Join Us?
