Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for assigned domain (Healthcare, Banking, etc.)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain records of interactions and follow communication procedures
- Meet customer satisfaction and process quality targets
- Adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Minimum 10+2; Graduates preferredExperience : Freshers and Experienced (up to 2 years)Skills :Excellent verbal communication in EnglishAbility to handle pressure and multi-taskWillingness to work night shiftsSalary Package : Fresher :
