About your new Role :
Make outbound calls to existing Kickcash users to explain ongoing offers.
Guide users step-by-step on completing offers and earning cashback.
Handle user queries related to offers, payments, and app navigation.
Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
Collect and record user feedback to improve app experience.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and engagement.
Maintain accurate call records and follow company communication guidelines.
Requirements :
Experience : 6 months–2 years in telesales, customer support, or call center roles.
Languages : Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
