The Role : We're looking for a

Project Coordinator

who is well-versed in Scrum methodologies and experienced in coordinating with clients across various time zones, especially EST. The ideal candidate will excel in managing both in-house and remote teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Experience Required- : 1-2years

Job Location- : Lucknow (on-site)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead project planning sessions and manage project progress using Scrum methodologies.

Coordinate with clients in the EST time zone to understand their requirements and meet their needs.

Facilitate communication between in-house and remote team members to ensure seamless collaboration.

Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital or IT environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.

Exceptional ability to work with clients across different time zones, particularly EST.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing both in-house and remote teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with WordPress or similar digital solution platforms is a plus.
