Role Description
You’ll be the bridge between our schools and our creative / ads team. Your job is to keep the engine running smoothly : coordinate, plan, execute, and constantly look for ways to lift engagement and build strong digital communities for 5–7 schools.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with principals, school teams, and the agency to keep all content, campaigns, and deadlines on track
- Build monthly and weekly content plans based on each school’s priorities
- Spot engagement opportunities within parent groups and digital audiences and turn them into clear action points
- Coordinate photo / video requirements, approvals, and timely posting
- Track performance of social channels and suggest improvements
- Ensure each school’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging stays consistent
- Work with the ads team to support campaigns and ensure smooth handover between organic and paid efforts
- Manage feedback loops between schools and the agency so nothing slips through
- Support in-ground events by capturing content and pushing it out in real time
- Maintain dashboards, calendars, and reports for all assigned schools
What you need to bring
