Salary : 20-25 LPA + ESOPs (Non-expiring)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Q-Com Manager to drive growth, visibility, and availability across leading quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Amazon Fresh. This role requires a sharp operator who understands the speed and nuances of Q-Com : rapid demand shifts, hyper-local supply dynamics, and real-time pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Q-Com channel P&L – achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets across platforms.
• Manage listings, assortment, pricing, and promotions tailored for Q-Com platforms.
• Monitor daily performance dashboards – availability, visibility, pricing parity, and conversions.
• Partner with platforms to execute visibility campaigns, banners, and promotions.
• Drive on-shelf availability by working closely with supply chain & distributors.
• Track competitor activities – pricing, assortment, and visibility – and recommend counter-strategies.
• Lead festive season planning and flash sale activations to maximize brand presence.
• Generate weekly / monthly business reviews with insights and action plans.
