Role Summary

The Customer Relationship & Collections Executive acts as a key liaison between the company and its existing clients, responsible for driving order collection, ensuring timely payment collection, and nurturing long-term customer relationships with professionalism, resilience, and a positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and engage existing clients to confirm new orders and facilitate smooth order processing.
• Follow up persistently and diplomatically on outstanding payments, resolving any billing or payment disputes with tact.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, payments, and feedback in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold a positive, solution-oriented attitude when dealing with clients, especially in difficult payment or market conditions.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering trust and satisfaction to encourage ongoing business.
• Report regularly on collection status, order forecasts, and customer sentiments to management.
