We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Associate to join our Accelerated Revenue practice. This high-impact role involves working closely with client partners, engaging directly with clients, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end client engagements from discovery to delivery, ensuring commitments are met on time and with quality.
- Work closely with client partners to design and execute outreach campaigns, manage partner meetings, and coordinate client interactions.
- Help build proposals and translate complex people and revenue strategies into clear, actionable plans.
- Drive research and insights to support client conversations and solution development.
- Participate in client meetings and represent the organization in external forums when required.
- Track engagement progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or human resources with exposure to client-facing roles.Strong communication skills with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Motivated to learn and grow into a future client partner role.This position offers a performance-based compensation model with opportunities for growth within a global network.
