Job description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Doctor Hiring / Medical Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for Doctors and healthcare roles
Talent sourcing through job portals, referrals, social media & headhunting
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
Maintaining candidate pipeline & ensuring smooth onboarding
Managing MIS reports, offer negotiations & recruitment SLAs

Skill Set Required :

Strong experience in Healthcare / Doctors hiring

Excellent sourcing & screening skills

Strong communication & stakeholder management

Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple requirements
