Delivery Lead – AI & Engineering

About the Role

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who can drive end-to-end execution of GenAI, Agentic AI, and full-stack application projects — blending technical fluency, AI awareness, and strong delivery leadership. You’ll manage multiple client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across AI Planet’s enterprise and innovation programs. What You’ll Do

Own Delivery :

Lead the execution of customer POCs, pilots, and production rollouts for GenAI, Agentic AI, and Application use cases - ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and SLAs are met. This may span the full spectrum from custom data pipelines and software integrations to multi-agent orchestration and enterprise-grade applications.

Resource & Capacity Planning :

Align the right people, skills, and tools to each project for optimal delivery efficiency.

Governance & Quality :

Own delivery governance, risk, and issue management to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to quality standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

Act as the primary client interface, translating business goals into technical deliverables and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Financial Accountability :

Track budgets, margins, and utilization to ensure project profitability and operational transparency.

Process Excellence :

Standardize delivery processes, create delivery playbooks, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Customer Success :

Support post-delivery handover, ensure successful adoption, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Team Building & Mentorship :

Build and mentor a strong delivery and engineering / AI team; foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration.

Must Have Qualifications :

Proven hands-on experience delivering

end-to-end application development projects

and

AI / ML-driven initiatives

(preferable but not mandatory). Min 5-7 years of experience.

Strong

technical fluency

across

APIs, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) , and integration workflows.

Solid

program and project management

expertise with ownership of planning, tracking, and delivery governance.

Excellent

executive-level communication , stakeholder alignment, and

escalation management .

Ability to thrive in

multi-project, high-context environments

with frequent context switching.

Deep

curiosity for emerging AI technologies

and a proactive drive to stay ahead of innovation trends.

Customer success orientation

with a proven record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Familiarity with

security and compliance frameworks

such as

SOC 2

and

ISO 27001 .
