Core Technical & Domain Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud modernization of ETL pipelines
- Strong data debugging skills and deep understanding of enterprise analytics stack
- Proven track record with at least one hyperscaler analytic environment with either (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
- Informatica (IDMC / CDGC) preferred; must be strong on IDMC or any leading cloud ETL tool.
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new technologies quickly and apply best practices for delivery centers.
Leadership Experience
Minimum 10+ years in IT project delivery leadership roles, ideally technical leads aspiring for or having experience as offshore center leads.Prior experience managing and delivering successful cloud modernization projects for North American clients.Strong ability to proactively solve problems, plan and report status, and deliver on time and under budget.Location & Collaboration
Candidates may live anywhere, but must be willing to work at least 6 hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).Must have a background in leading client calls, managing escalations, and engaging effectively with North American stakeholders.Business Outcomes & KPIs
