Role Overview

We are looking for a first-principles thinker and problem solver with strong business acumen and a bias for execution. This role goes beyond reporting performance — it is about identifying growth levers, driving improvements across the merchant lifecycle, and influencing outcomes across the Soundbox P&L.;

You will :

• Own merchant device growth across acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
• Drive commercial impact by identifying growth levers, efficiency gaps, and monetization opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Product, Tech, Sales, Ops, Finance) to scale device penetration.
• Build decision-enabling systems (dashboards, automations, AI-led insights) to improve device lifecycle management.
• Drive initiatives end-to-end : diagnose issues, build interventions, and track business impact.
