We're looking for a Growth Manager who's obsessed with performance, numbers, and results. At our lead generation agency, growth isn't just about running ads, it's about understanding people, testing hypotheses, and optimising every step of the funnel to drive real business outcomes for our clients and the agency.
You'll take complete ownership of designing, executing, and scaling multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities :
- Build and execute high-converting growth funnels across LinkedIn and email.
- Deep-dive into campaign data to uncover insights and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative, sales, and strategy teams to craft campaigns that resonate with decision-makers.
- Automate and streamline reporting using dashboards and growth tools.
- Constantly scout for new platforms, tactics, and experiments to stay ahead of the market curve.
- Own performance metrics end-to-end, from traffic generation to booked meetings.
What We're Looking For :
4-8 years of proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B or lead-gen agencies.Strong analytical mindset, you love dashboards, KPIs, and optimisation loops.Hands-on with marketing automation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.Curious, experimental, and agile, you test fast, learn faster, and pivot when needed.Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across departments.Skills Required
