Key Responsibilities :
Buying & Planning
- Develop and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans to align inventory with sales targets and optimize cash flow.
- Plan seasonal and core buys, including new category introductions with projected SKUs, quantities, and sell-through targets.
- Forecast demand and sales across divisions, categories, and subcategories for upcoming seasons and months.
- Analyze historical data and current trends to support range planning and buying decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights for new product development and assortment expansion.
Merchandising & Allocation
Oversee inventory progression and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.Monitor subcategory and store-level performance to identify fast- and slow-moving products.Develop markdown and discounting strategies for underperforming styles.Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure smooth product allocation and stock flow across all locations.Job Specifications :
Experience : Minimum 4+ years in Buying and Merchandising within fashion or lifestyle retail (bags, accessories, or apparel preferred).
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or Business Administration.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills.Hands-on with Excel-based analysis and OTB planning.Experience in Increff software will be a plus.Deep understanding of retail dynamics, product life cycles, and inventory control.Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach to work.
